[UPDATE] Well... It's hard to call this an "update" with how long it's been in progress but we're still working on improvement. :)

Here are some very important contact updates:

1. The phone number has been updated to my new number. Many appologies to everyone who has been attempting contact.

2. Our email server had not been forwarding your email messages. As of 08JAN10 this is now corrected and I am receiving messages. I will be working on responding to the hundreds of email that I have missed asap. Again, appologies and thank you very much for your patience.
