Pastor Willie Drone

Willie Drone is currently a pastor and chaplain in the Phoenix, Arizona area. He has a strong business development and sales background along with his two decade ministry and military service history, giving Willie a very special and well-rounded approach to both business and community projects.

Hank Hayes

Hank Hayes was introduced to the Martial Arts at the young age of 10, where as a kid growing up on the streets of Brooklyn fighting could be very difficult to avoid. A fighting Arts practitioner/instructor since 1973, and a 10 year Executive Protection Veteran, Hank quickly found the need for realistic training programs to improve his personal fighting skills and techniques.
Hank has trained under and along side in one form or another with Guru Dan Inosanto, Renzo Gracie, Reylson Gracie, Jean Jacques Machado, Paul Vunak, Master John Salvaggio, Eric Paulson, Marco Ruas, Hock Hocheim, Tom Cruz, Jim Wagner, John Lelis, Steve Tarani, Punong Guro Edgar Sulite, Ajarn Chai Sirisute, and many other of the world’s greatest fighting Masters, while currently holding either rank or instructor level in P.F.S. (Progressive Fighting System), Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, JKD, Filipino LAMECO, ASLET, Zen Vadha Combat, Tae-kwon-do, Krav Maga, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Kali, Boxing, Judo and Shoot fighting.
As the years progressed, Hank’s experience with weapon systems and weapon fighting developed. Like many who train in edged weapons combatives, he would find that the development of technique and cutting patterns would be lost in a flurry of fast action, ending in confusion on who was cut where and when, as well as the splinters and bruises associated with past blade mediums.
It was during one of these many moments that the inspiration and need for the No Lie Blades Training Blade occurred. After countless hours and numerous prototypes, the world’s first tactical marking blade with safety edge for reality training was born.
Hank continues to train the Arts as a student and teacher, his passion has the same strength it did in when he started in 1973. Hank also competes as an amateur body builder, a extreme motocross enthusiast a high performance pilot and enjoys family fun activities with his wife Melissa and three boys Legend, Braxton, Dakota and two girls Raina and cheyenne - which are his spark of life.

Pete Perrin

Pete Perrin is a highly trained, professional, polygraph examiner with a proven record handling highly sensitive, difficult criminal, civil and private matters. You may have seen him on TV, as he's been an expert on The Dr. Phill Show, The Moment of Truth, Who Wants to Marry My Dad and others. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Redlands and a degree in Psychology from the Upper Graduate program of Pepperdine University. He has also completed the Basic and Advanced Polygraph School at the National Academy of Lie Detection among others. At the present time, Mr. Perrin is the owner of a well established and successful polygraph businesses, P.L. Perrin & Associates. He is currently the president of the California Association of Polygraph Examiners and has served as an instructor for both the Golden West Police Academy and the Orange County Sheriff Academy. He has worked for the Newport Beach Police Department from 1979 to the present time serving in many capacities including that of Detective, Chief Polygraph Examiner, and Press Relations Officer to name a few. His other clients include Huntington Beach Police and Fire Departments, Orange County Sheriff Department, Laguna Beach Police Department, and several security companies, as well as many others.

Tom "Big Tommy" Sirotnak

Tom “Big Tommy” Sirotnak is the founder of SEND Ministries. {Eph.2:10} SEND is an evangelistic network stimulating growth and training Christian’s to steward their sphere of influence, managing their Time, Talents and Treasures for God’s glory. Tom was a former team captain for the 1981 USC Football team and a member of the World Famous “Power Team” Tom was given the “Life Time Achievement Award for his 25 years of service planting campus ministries all around the world. Tom has authored two best selling books for men with Broadman & Holman Publishers and was awarded “The Medal of Valor” from the Christian Men’s Network for his evangelism and training of men. Tom has reached thousands of “Tough Men” ... From over 80 US Navy SEAL’s, to hundreds in the NFL, NBA, WWF, MLB, Professional Body Builders and untold numbers of athletes from Universities around the world. He has a gift to gather people and see them converted to Jesus!”

Ron Williams

Dedicating 22 years to the United States Secret Service, Ron Williams had the opportunity to work and supervise all divisions of the SS Treasury department in the Los Angeles Field Office. Gaining a wealth of security expertise and a highly regarded reputation within Federal Law Enforcement, Mr. Williams decided to start Talon Executive Services, Inc., a corporate security and investigations company. As a Secret Service Agent, Mr. Williams supervised the credit card and financial fraud squad, the counterfeit squad, and the elite Counter Assault Team (CAT) to combat terrorism. As the Lead Advance Agent, Mr. Williams was responsible for all advance security plans and logistics coordination for Presidential, Vice-Presidential, and foreign heads-of-state visits to Los Angeles. He personally protected Presidents Ford, Reagan, Bush, and Clinton, as well as such noted dignitaries as Queen Elizabeth, Yitzhak Shamir, and Pope John Paul and was the recipient of numerous awards including the United States Secret Service Director’s Award for Special Achievement on eight occasions. Focusing on the company he founded in 1994, Talon Executive Services, Inc., Mr. Williams has created a highly advanced team of former Secret Service and F.B.I. agents as well as other federal, state and local law enforcement officers. Threat assessment and physical site surveys performed by Talon include venues such as public transportation, entertainment and pharmaceutical. As a RAM-w certified agent, he performs threat assessments and develops remedial measures for water districts, identified as one of the nation’s critical infrastructures. Because of his expertise in the field of anti-terrorism, Mr. Williams was asked by the California Gubernatorial delegation in 2002, to meet with Tom Ridge regarding homeland security. His association with AFAUSSS (Association of Former Agents of the United States Secret Service), ASIS (American Society of Industry Security), ATAP (Association of Threat Assessment Professionals) American Water Works Association (AWWA) Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) to name a few, keeps him abreast of all matters involving security and threat assessment. He is also an active member of the FBI’s InfraGard program, U.S. State Department Overseas Advisory Council (OSAC) and OCPST (Orange County Private Sector Terrorist Response). Mr. Williams frequently appears on Fox News Channel as well as other national shows as a security analyst and terrorism expert. He was also the keynote speaker at the 1999 Alabama Governor’s Conference on Violence in the Workplace Prevention, has made presentations to the California Association of Water Agencies which included a White Paper, and continues to educate organizations on various security issues through specialized seminars and training.

Dr. Cornell "Corkie" Haan

Dr. Cornell Haan, better known to friends as “Corkie,” is the National Facilitator of Spiritual Unity for The Mission America Coalition, the co-founder of The Presidential Prayer Team and the Vice President of The World Prayer Team. He has been thoroughly involved in the planting of seven churches and as a member of operational boards for the Baptist General Conference in Minnesota, Middle East, Northern California, Southwest and Florida. Before accepting the position as National Facilitator of Ministry Networks in 1996, Dr. Haan, over the span of 30 years, led six various churches as Senior Pastor.
Dr. Haan began his education at Bob Jones University, where he received his B.A. in 1961. He continued his education at Bethel Theological Seminary and in 1964, he achieved his Masters of Divinity. He then began his ministry in 1967 as Senior Pastor of Elim Baptist Church in Isanti, MN. Over the next thirty years, the Lord led Dr. Haan to five other churches around the nation. In 1995, Dr. Haan attained his Doctorate of Ministry from Bethel Theological Seminary.
Dr. Haan has been involved in over a dozen community and ministry oriented organizations. These organizations include such prayer networks as CityVision, Erie County Association of Evangelicals and Sonoma County Association of Evangelicals. He has also served with Christian Family Services, Home for the Homeless, Set Free Ministry, and the Bradenton Bible Conference. Dr. Haan has been a facilitator for nearly 75 national networks.
Dr. Haan is a man who loves people and loves to serve the Lord. He was happily married to Marcia for nearly forty years before her recent death. Together, they had three sons.

Hank's Expression of Appreciation (EOA)

Hi, how are you doing? I'm Hank Hayes, the CEO of No Lie Blades. We're a provider of training for law enforcement and military. I'm also on the board of the foundation for the Children of Fallen Soldiers. I wanted to take the time to do a quick video of my Expression of Appreciation and seeing that we are a provider of training for military personnel prior to deployment on the way out to theateA or in the sandbox as well as law-enforcement. Any time a law enforcement officer or military personnel is killed, it really saddens us because these are good people serving their country city and/or state in a capacity of a peacekeeping mission. We understand that is one of the inherent risks of the job knowing that their life's on the line, but over the years I've been to one to many funerals and what we want to make sure of is that your sacrifice that your family members or brothers and sisters out there have given is what I'm going to reffer to as an ultimate sacrifice and these Expressions of Appreciation are being collected to make sure that you know that we appreciate, respect and you're not and will never be forgotten for the sacrifice that you've given. Hank is the author of the up and coming book “You’ve been lied to… the truth about mainstream alcohol and drug treatment programs and how to get past the problem for good”.

His book is on the very dated mainstream drug and alcohol treatment solutions still used today and the lies we’ve been fed about them for almost a century. But more importantly it’s about the current data, research and solutions available to help people understand and get themselves or those they love beyond their problems so they can stop replaying their destructive behaviors and move up and beyond in their lives.

His work is especially important for children, spouses and families of those fallen in the line of duty as this traumatic event can be hard to over come and alcohol and drug abuse often becomes an easy escape from such experiences.
